Amanda has been working with B&F Bookkeeping for three years. Prior to this, she worked in office management and other various office setting positions. B&F really appreciates her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems quickly. She has a degree from Bristol Community College and has a passion for continuing to learn on the job.

Outside of work, she enjoys going on adventures such as hiking and camping with her three young boys as well as checking out local bars and restaurants in the area – many of which are our clients!

Janet has been working at B&F Bookkeeping since 2021 but Tara has known her since middle school! She majored in psychology and minored in English and Classics at College of New Rochelle in New York. 

Prior to joining us at B&F Bookkeeping, Janet worked as a teacher’s assistant in a kindergarten classroom in Brookline, MA. 
She loves visiting the beach no matter the season!

After graduating from Bridgewater State College in 2000 with a degree in Mathematics and working briefly in Boston at Brown Brothers Harriman, Tara decided to live out her childhood dream and become a dance teacher. Eight years later, she shifted gears and began working at a toy store in Arlington, MA. Assisting the owner with minor tasks like bank reconciliations and filing, it was here that Tara found a passion for bookkeeping.

A few years and a move to RI later, Tara had a chance meeting at Babies R Us with a fellow Mom who connected her to a local Bookkeeping Service looking for help. Since 2011, Tara has been bookkeeping for small businesses across Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She went out on her own and opened B&F Bookkeeping LLC in December of 2018. Tara enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

She lives in Riverside with her husband Eric and sons, Brandon (B) and Frederick (&F).
